This Disclosure Policy applies to Gentle (hereinafter referred to as the "Website") and the services provided by NEOGENTLE TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED ("NTPL") on the Website. The Terms and Conditions of Use, available on the Website, are incorporated in this Policy by reference.

NTPL is committed to respecting and safeguarding the privacy of information that it collects, receives, possesses, stores, deals or handles from any person who visits, browses, uses or accesses the Website or avails of the services provided by the Website ("User").
